Our Story

Joyce Esposito, MS, CCC-SLP is the founder of Gab & Grow, established in 2023. She is a neurodiversity-affirming, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certified speech-language pathologist and holds her Florida license. She graduated from the University of Florida with her Bachelors in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Seton Hall University. She has over nine years of experience with pediatrics in a variety of settings such as the public schools, outpatient clinics, private practices, and home health settings. She has a heart for making a positive difference in the world, especially the lives of the children she has the privilege of working with in Orlando, Florida and surrounding areas.

Joyce moved from New Jersey to Florida to be closer to family following the birth of her son, Asher. As a first-time mom, her hope is for caregivers to feel empowered and confident in supporting their children’s communication through her caregiver and child classes and coaching sessions. She values neurodiverse learners as she utilizes a holistic approach to support the whole child. She is committed to incorporating her client’s special interests and addressing their sensory needs to maintain trust and connection which are crucial to achieving success in treatment.

Joyce and her husband, Christopher reside in Central Florida. She is a dedicated mother to Asher and fur baby, Chip. Outside of being a mom and elementary school-based speech-language pathologist, she enjoys family time, supporting local restaurants, coffee shops, reading, working out, photography, and journaling.
